Snowflake Challenge #12
Challenge 12: In your own space, set yourself some goals for the coming year. They can be fannish or not, public or private.
1. To break a million words on AO3! It's an achievable goal with a bit of stretch involved for me as it'll require writing about twice as much as I did last year or the year before. But I think it's doable!
2. To create at least one songvid. I've been poking around in Da Vinci Resolve for a while but haven't truly made anything yet. Time to change that.
3. To get a driver's license! The last time I drove was in 2004 in America, time to relearn how.
wibbble and I just bought ourselves a new car and I'm so excited about it. (It's such a pretty blue!!!)
4. To truly and completely sort out the damn house and get my study/office set up properly. I have the space, it's just covered in stuff at the moment, and I need to sell, donate, or chuck most of it.
5. Once our craft space is set up in the living room, start painting miniatures. I'd like to be able to raise my skill levels to the point where I could sell my services at mini painting by the end of this year.
6. To make strides towards achieving fitness goals. I'd like to build some muscle, and I think I'd really enjoy weightlifting, so I'm going to give that a go. Once I can drive, as well, I'd like to go and do some hill walking (with a camera so I can take photos). And then maybe down the line, cycling, kayaking, and powergliding/paramotoring; these are all expensive hobbies but I'm interested in them. One of these years (probably at some point in the fairly distant future), I'd like to do some travelling, and I know that I need to be fit enough to handle it when that time comes.

Good luck with the driver's license (and all the rest of it!). I really enjoyed weightlifting for the time that I did it - there's something about the continual buildup and "RAAAWR" factor that is very satisfying.
