It occurs to me that never before in my life have I had the opportunity (+ money + time) to decorate and arrange a space entirely to my own desires and tastes without having to take anybody else's wishes or needs into account, so it's something new, something just for me, and that's really exciting.

I'm looking forward to your year-in-review! It's always interesting to look back and see what the year has been, both high points and low points.
